Iznik Çini will receive returned parts within 7 days of delivery. For parts that may have been damaged in transit to you, we will provide a full refund or exchange at your request. We do not accept returns on customized and discounted items. Every international shipment is insured.
Please note that the Customer is responsible for all local import costs, customs fees and/or taxes associated with their country's import/special customs duty and tax structure. Iznik Çini is not responsible for return shipments in case of non-payment of taxes/fees.
